When will my images be ready after the wedding?
Your images will then be edited to our highest standards, and delivered up to 60 days from the date of the wedding.
Can we reschedule or receive a refund?
The deposit is non-refundable, however the wedding date can be rescheduled to a different day in accordance to Family Moments' availability. No refunds are issued.
Are the images high resolution?
Yes, all the photo files will be delivered digitally in high resolution JPGs format.
Can we purchase an album?
Yes you can at an additional price. For examples, please see our albums.
